History: Devon has been active as a Witch ever since he turned three years old. His parents were human, so they didn't understand their child. They put him in an Asylum- for his "Odd" behavior. He stayed there all throughout his entire life. He became lonely- with no one to care for him. He somehow managed to keep what humanity he had left. He one day finally decided to commit suicide in his cell, but he didn't have the guts to do it.
Other: Adam finds out about Devon, taking him to his house in Chance Harbor. That's when Adam finds out Devon is a Witch. Later on while living in Chance Harbor, He discovers something about his magic. It's very powerful- similar to Dark Magic but isn't- It's White Magic. This also leads to something from his past that is shocking to hear- Devon died when he was 7, but was revived.
